Elisabeth Heller (51) is entrepreneur and Managing Director of the international tax and business consulting company Heller Consult headquartered in Vienna with registered offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and Berlin, Germany. The business economist, auditor and tax consultant has opened her own business in 1982. In 2001 she and her team entered Dubai as a new market. Since then the mother of two children successfully establishes bridges between export-oriented companies from the German-speaking market and the Arabian markets.
Well-known national and international companies rely on her consulting skills. As board member she is a valuable part of various companies and organizations in Austria and the United Arab Emirates adding her positive power for new ideas and innovative management.

As Private Person: Mother, Woman, Friend, Daughter and Sister
As passionate family person Elisabeth Heller writes in her book:
„I was lucky because in my family values as autonomy, independence and freedom always applied for both sexes. In this respect I was raised with a privilege and therefore my sensorium for other women’s conditions is very sharp. I know that a many women have to deploy a lot of strength and energy in order to get rid of antiquated behavior patterns, to jettison the weight of their past.”

As daughter of a Viennese lawyers family Elisabeth Heller was early aware of the importance of cohesion within the family and beyond. Today, as mother of two children she conveys this value to her children Tobias (18) and Natalie (20). Her sisters, cousins as well as personal friends are both family as well as clan members.

Connecting people does not only mean bringing together supplier and customer together to Elisabeth Heller. She continuously expands her clan. Mentors and mentee are connected, doctor and patient are introduced, people who are looking for support are brought together with people providing the support. In short; Elisabeth Heller lets her Clan grow, allows it to change and therefore creates an additional value for the clan and all clan members. She brings in her experience, which she uses to change complex initial situations into optimistic solutions.

As Mentor
Elisabeth Heller is currently mentor of her nice Katharina who has just passed her bar examination. In a joint process with her aunt and mentor she defines her career. The aim is to sharpen Katharina’s understanding of the business context, wherein Elisabeth Heller is able to draw from her broad professional experience.

At the same time Elisabeth Heller is mentor of her employees, customers and business partners. On the one hand she is the first person to be addressed in case of complex tasks. On the other hand she is always receptive to private worries and able to come up with solutions. A real “Clan Mum”.

Elisabeth Heller is also member of the German Speakers Association and a welcome keynote speaker.
